La Saint-Robert, on a failli attendre

No words can express how it felt to bring home Blonde on Blonde in the summer of 1966, set the needle down on Side Four and hear the opening lines of "Sad-Eyed Lady of the Lowlands" : Patti Smith, savez-vous, a toujours raison.

    Oui, elle a toujours raison : pour moi "Sad-Eyed Lady of the Lowlands" est une des plus belles, si ce n'est LA plus belle chanson de tous les temps. Merci Joël pour ce rappel indispensable.
    Et puis Patti s'y connaît particulièrement bien en Roberts, cf Mapplethorpe (je suis actuellement plongée dans "Just kids").
